Title Receipt Specialist

Description Position Summary:
The Account Representative – SPL Receipt Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of receipts and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and inventory related tasks.

• System Facilitation:
o Manages the timely receipt of inventory for all assigned Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) within their region by performing the necessary systemic receiving transactions in the NGL database.
o Manages the timely receipt of inventory for all assigned FSLs within their region by performing the necessary systemic receiving transactions in the CIL or other pre-approved client database.
o Performs necessary system updates in NGL or client databases in regards to Cycle Count (CC) results.
o Receives inventory into quarantine status, as needed, depending on information available and client business rules.
o Works with Free On Boards (FOPs) to facilitate agent training on NetAgent in regards to the receiving module.
o Creates new parts in part master, as needed
o Monitors various modules and reports to ensure open ASNs are addressed and are closed out in a timely manner

• Communication:
o Sends agents daily Cycle Counts for their assigned CIL FSLs.
o Assists other SPL Acct Representatives with ad hoc CC requests.
o Communicates with all assigned agents daily to ensure timely receipt of inventory.
o Communicates with clients as needed in regards to questions concerning replenishments and returns.
o Communicates with client and SPL Account Representatives to facilitate quarantine resolution.
o Monitors all client and agent distributions and mailboxes for applicable information pertaining to receipt of inventory.
o Communicates client issues with the SPL team in regards to client compliance such as Lack of ASNs and ensure timeliness of ASNs and accuracy of ASNs.

Requirements • At least 1 year of direct or indirect Inventory Management experience
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word is needed
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication

• A college degree is preferred.
