Under the direct supervision of the Scheduling Supervisor, the Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for registering and scheduling inpatient and outpatient procedures and surgical appointments for patients, clinics, physicians, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner. Customer and quality service are the main objectives.
Summit Health ASO, provides administrative and clinical support to our full spectrum of orthopedic care services in our sub-specialty clinics, walk-in care at our OrthoQUICK clinics, imaging, bracing, therapy, surgery, and post-surgical stays at our Care Suites. Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year Scheduling experience is required. Previous specialty clinic scheduling is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service, phone etiquette and attention to detail required.
