||Attendant - Spa

||This position is centered around guest service and requires genuine care for the guests. The guest is to be made feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Housekeeping functions consume approximately 65% of the attendants’ day, along with the ability
to service and help several guests at one time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual needs to have a professional appearance and warm, accommodating confident, enthusiastic, motivating personality. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to

•Provide continuous guest service and anticipation of guests’ needs.
•Represent 1 Hotel in a professional manner.
•Present a professional, friendly demeanor to all guest.
•Adhere to Hotel Standards of grooming and performance.
•Must maintain full extensive knowledge of All Spa, Wellness and Salon services.
•Upkeep cleanliness of spa locker rooms and grooming stations.
•Maintain cleanliness of all guest dry and wet areas.
•Stock and maintain hospitality stations.
•Serve and assist waiting guests with beverages and refreshments.
•Assist and guide guests to the necessary stations prior to any services scheduled.
•Ensure all guests are treated with genuine care and comfort.
•Maintain proper linen pars on a daily basis.
•Stock linen closets and supervise guest lockers.
•Maintain cleanliness of linen areas.
•Perform any task deemed necessary by management.
•Other duties may be assigned.
•The Spa facility opening and closing procedures must be performed according to the working schedule and standard operating procedures.
•Ensure Spa and locker areas are fully stocked with amenities, linens, beverages and all accessories.
•Monitor presentation of relaxation area continuously.
•Assist and guide guests around locker area and Spa facility.
•Be knowledgeable of Bamford treatments and services available in the Spa.
•Promote Spa services to guests in an attempt to achieve overall Spa revenue targets.
•Hourly shift clock in/out procedures must be practiced and adhere to strict overtime policy presented by Spa management.
•Assist in storeroom organization and cleaning.
•Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager, Spa Director and/or Manager on duty. Never be without something to do.
•Individual needs to have a professional appearance and warm, accommodating confident, enthusiastic personality.
• Individual must meet all grooming standards as detailed in the 1 Hotel handbook.
