PennyMac’s Full-Time Analyst Program offers an opportunity for you to build a career in the financial services industry together with a class of Analysts who will train and grow together during their first few years at PennyMac. As a member of the Full-Time Analyst Program, you will have ongoing access to finance, technical, business and professional training sessions run by PennyMac’s senior executives. During the program, Analysts will also attend social and networking events with peers and PennyMac professionals across the organization. This program is intended for high-potential individuals seeking a challenging and fast-paced work environment that will provide the experience necessary to build a variety of skills and advance your career.

You will receive division-specific training, heavy responsibilities and project assignments while you work alongside our executive management team and leaders in groups such as:

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date on or before June 2018
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (SQL is a plus)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to exceed expectations
