Job Summary
We’re looking for a flexible, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the face and voice of the organization managing domestic and international accounts. Becoming an expert in customer care and account management, you’ll work with a seasoned, results driven team. You will be expected to work on continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and streamline processes. Assisting with customer opportunities, you’ll be expected to professionally communicate to internal supply chain departments and operations. It’s a chance to take on fulfilling, problem solving work in a collaborative atmosphere where your team will roll up their sleeves to help you succeed.

Requirements Key Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Demonstrated experience in customer service, analysis, problem solving and account management
The people skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers
Technology skills: MS Excel
