Human Resources Business Partner


• Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position partners with Operations and Leadership to provide outstanding value and commitment to the organization in the most cost-effective manner within quality standards.
• Provide the Highest Quality, Greatest Value, and Best Customer Service in the industry by constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and by eliminating WASTES using LEAN techniques.

• Responsible and accountable for managing all recruiting activities.
• Ensures standards for all HR related processes to maximize efficiency.
• Commitment to deploying the LEAN principles to reduce waste throughout the department.
• Provide guidance to the company in most employee relations matters. This process includes investigations through final determinations.
• Partner with HR team and outside vendors to negotiate rates and service terms. Responsible for delivering high quality applications/services that both leadership and employees are engaged with.
• Achieves KPI’s as established by the Chief Human Resources Officer to include but not limited to turnover rates, HR project completion schedules, performance review completion rates, etc.
• Leads by example.

• Participates and engages on the wellness team

Education: Bachelor’s degree. Prefer some LEAN training or experience

Experience: 3 or more years in a manufacturing environment
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. Intermediate MS Office knowledge. Strong business acumen.
