Title Human Resources Operations Analyst/Specialist

MannKind Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Human Resources Operations Analyst/Specialist to join our dedicated team. This person will provide operational, administrative, and systems support for various critical Human Resources related processes. S/He will provide ownership/support in assigned day to day human resources functions, software systems and data analytics. S/He will also participate in special projects to support management with tactical and strategic initiatives as assigned.  The specific duties are outlined below.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the HR systems as well as all other company wide information systems that interact with the HR function
  • Provide hands on analytical and operational support to HR team to ensure achievement of department and company goals and objectives
  • Manage employee recognition program and Fidelity system
  • Provide hands on data entry support for HR team
  • Maintain organization charts for the company
  • Manage department billing and collaborate with billing team to ensure alignment
  • Analyze employee data and maintain company Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)
  • Run and produce updated headcount and custom reports
  • Manage employee referral program
  • Partner with all HR team members to clean up, organize, and maintain shared HR folders
  • Provide analysis of external compensation data and internal pay rates
  • Provide analytical reports, charts, graphs, etc., and make recommendations to HR Manager and company leadership to assist with planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of external regulatory requirements to ensure all internal guidelines and procedures are compliant
  • Other duties as assigned





  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or other related business field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR, analytics, or operations experience preferred
  • HR compensation experience highly preferred
  • Ability to quickly pick up various internal software systems and see how they tie to the big picture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
  • Experience with Ultimate Software and Fidelity systems desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-motivated problem-solver
  • Ability to perform with attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be able to plan, compile, organize, manipulate, and check, relevant data and present it in a conclusive and persuasive manner
  • Must work well in a fast paced collaborative team environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Ability to adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and regulations
