||TRINNOVIM is seeking Customer Service Administrator candidates, Levels I - III, to staff our proposed performance of the NASA GITISS contract (Goddard Information Tech Integration & Support Services) involving the provision of customer service support
Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program and apply appropriate technology to support SEWP operations.
The candidates will be required to resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following
up to ensure resolution. Candidates will provides information about SEWP products and services, processes orders, interacts with customers, current and potential, to address inquiries regarding products and services.
Candidates will also open customer accounts by recording account information,
