Description Job Title: Subcontracts Administrator

Job Duties: Responsibilities consist of support for subcontracting activities including placing and administering of subcontracts for services, construction subcontracts, claims resolution, systems set-up and implementation, and document management; serving as primary point of contact for duties for contracts for professional services; end-to-end contract execution for all professional service contract activities including but not limited to scope of work, schedule, deliverables, status reporting, QA/QC, insurance/liability requirements, dispute resolution and invoice payment; actively participating in the project support activities, including development of the subcontract execution plan, an including the publication project subcontract plans, logs, and subcontract related reporting; maintenance of the bidders list and all associate pre-qualification forms for bidders; assembly and issuance of the request for proposals; coordinating supplier selection and relationships, including contract negotiation, risk reduction, quality and performance improvement, continuity of supply and TCO reductions; administering a Supplier Quality plan in conjunction with Project Procurement; administering end-to-end procurement function for field and project purchases to include preparation of bids, RFQ’s, commercial evaluations, PO awarded and PO administration to final delivery and PO close out.

Minimal Acceptable Degree: Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Construction, Civil or closely related field) or Supply Chain/Business Management.

Minimum Acceptable Years of Experience and Type of Experience: Five years of experience in the job offered or five years of experience in subcontract administration in a project environment with at least two years of experience in contracts/professional services execution, indirect/direct material procurement in the oilfield industry, supplier quality and materials management.
