Description Supports DGR Leadership by managing operations and material distribution. Assist the leadership team in overseeing team members involved in receiving and sorting donations, processing donations, retail sales floor activities, and janitorial work. Maintains appropriate signage rotation. Zones all retail, processing, donation, warehouse areas to best practice standards. Ensures World Class Customer Service is demonstrated by all team members. Expected to fill in gaps where needed including but not limited to processing, donations, cashier, and janitorial duties.
Requirements Education and/or Experience: High school diploma/GED or equivalent and two (2) years’ experience in a customer service oriented field, as well as six (6) months of supervisory experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Possess a privately-owned vehicle and valid license. Certified forklift operator or be able to obtain certification within three (3) months of hire as required by location.

Screenings: A background screening will be completed as a condition of employment.
