Description SUMMARY:
Ensuring that the store meets its financial goals (including daily sales, change round up, ecommerce, expense to revenue and payroll). Ensuring completed and accurate daily, weekly and monthly paperwork is submitted timely. Managing team members involved in receiving and sorting donations, processing donations, and retail sales floor activities. Ensures that World Class Customer Service is demonstrated by all team members, including keeping the sales floor, bathrooms, backrooms and offices are clean and well organized. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and overseeing training of all team members in the store. Ensures that all HR, payroll, and safety requirements are met (evaluations, safety meetings, new hire paperwork, corrective actions, etc.) Must have working knowledge of computer to allow maintenance of record keeping in Ulti-Pro. Expected to fill in gaps where needed including but not limited to processing, donations, cashier, and janitorial duties.

Maximizing the store revenue goals and effectively managing the store team: Team Leads, Retail Cashiers, Apparel Processors, Hardgoods Processors and Donation Team Members. Some sites also include any of the following in the store team: Assistant Manager, Hangers, Runner, or Janitor

Requirements Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and two (2) years’ supervisory experience OR high school diploma/GED or equivalent and four (4) years’ experience in sales, retail or marketing and two (2) years’ supervisory experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Possess a privately owned vehicle and valid license or must be able to access locations, possibly at a moment’s notice that may not be accessible by public transportation. Certified forklift operator, or be able to obtain certification within three (3) months of hire.
