| Description |
SUMMARY:
-Supervise back of house processing and donations
-Manage audits, training, reports, quality checks & performance
-Assist with some processing and working the donation door
-Periodically may assist with front of house supervision & merchandising (pushing, pulling, recovering apparel)
-Required to open & close store (may include monitoring the opening & closing of cashier tills)
-Deliver World Class Customer Service to both internal & external customers

| Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma/GED or equivalent and two (2) years’ experience in retail, production, processing or warehouse, as well as, six (6) months of supervisory experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certified forklift operator, or be able to obtain certification within three (3) months of hire.
Screenings
A background screening will be completed as a condition of employment.
