Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is seeking Tax Associates with 1-2 years of public accounting tax experience for our sophisticated and growing practice. We are looking for driven, high-energy individuals to work closely with our partners and managers to service our diverse client base. This position can be based out of our San Jose, San Francisco or Palo Alto office.

As a strategic member of our team, you will advise many of America’s top entrepreneurs who are the names behind the most successful startups and established organizations to date. We are known as the premier firm for servicing the needs of executives, founders, investors and board members of publicly traded companies and investment funds in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our environment enables you to interact directly with these high caliber clients and get a preview of what’s up and coming in Silicon Valley. We also service the needs of venture-backed and pre-IPO entities, as well as publicly traded companies themselves. Tax Associates will work alongside 450 of the best and brightest individuals in the accounting profession at one of the largest locally owned CPA firms in Northern California.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business with an emphasis in accounting or taxation, GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
• Completion of the educational requirements required for California CPA licensure
• 1-2 years of experience in taxation, preferably with a public accounting firm
• CPA licensure or on the track toward CPA licensure preferred; at minimum, strong intent to work toward licensure is required
