Description Summary:
Assist/perform all duties of the front office or ticket booth.

Essential Functions:
Office Duties:
• Follow proper office opening and closing procedures.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to handle multiple incoming phone calls.
o Answer phone after one ring if at all possible.
o In a professional, friendly demeanor at all times, effectively answer customer service questions and/or direct them to the proper personnel.
• Must have working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Accurately enter/input information in various files in computer systems.
• Ability to quickly learn Centre Edge Software Program.
• General office skills including keyboarding, copying, filing, etc.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, etc.
• Follow proper procedures for Group Sales (i.e. Corporate Picnics, Reunions, Birthdays, etc.).
o Distribute and log out correct number of wristbands and/or coupons.
o Verify any changes on the invoice.
o Verify any monies collected.
o Verify reservation book.
• Follow proper procedures for cabana rentals at Laguna Splash. Schedule/reschedule cabanas for guests via phone or in person if supervisor is not available.
• Provide cabana concierge services.
• Professionally greet and guide guests through ticket line. Answer questions and distribute brochures.
• Operate POS register and use basic math skill to count money and give correct change.
• Provide excellent customer service; handle yourself in a professional manner at all times; greet customers in a friendly manner; handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Ticket Seller Duties:
• Take control of money box and tickets/wristbands at beginning of shift; verify money; verify ticket and wristband number.
• Follow proper ticket booth opening and closing procedures.
• Sell all-day fun passes.
o Effectively operate a POS register.
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
o Band customers in a timely manner.
o Accurately count money and give correct change.
o Must be accountable for money and tickets/wristbands.
• Correctly verifying various coupons (i.e. out of date coupons, amount of coupon, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner; essentially, you are the first point of contact the guest has with the park.
• Must have a general knowledge of the park.
• Ability to understand and effectively answer general customer service questions.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
• Report to and from work at assigned time.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Must be honest and reliable.
• Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
• Adhere to dress code policy.
Requirements Educations & Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED required. Ability to perform basic math. Must be organized, detail oriented, committed to providing excellent customer service in a professional manner and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment and able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to work various hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
