Education and Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to perform
basic math. Must be organized and detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be committed to providing excellent customer service.


Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service to guests.


Reports to: Office Coordinator


Physical Requirements: Contact HR


Essential Job Functions:

1. Follow proper information booth opening and closing procedures.

2. Make change for lockers/maintain accountability.

3. Lost and found.
• Accept items and fill out appropriate information for lost & found
form
• Fill out appropriate information needed for lost item on form

4. Lost kids.
• Call security.
• Ability to keep child calm until security arrives.

5. Clean information booth.
• Keep the booth (both inside & out) neat throughout the day.
• Maintain the “found” items for lost & found.
• Maintain inventory in an orderly fashion.
• Fill brochure racks as needed.

6. Distribute paychecks on a bi-weekly basis.
• Verify employee by checking badge
• Verify employee’s parent or sibling by checking proper ID

7. Excellent customer service.
• Handle yourself in a professional manner during working hours.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Must have general knowledge of park.


Other Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.

2. Report to and from work at assigned time.

3. Complete other duties as assigned.

4. Must be honest and reliable.

5. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.

6. Adhere to dress code policy.
