FLSA Status: Seasonal; Hourly, Exempt

Education and Qualifications:

Must be at least 14 years of age to comply with Child Labor Laws. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally. Must be able to work early morning hours starting at either 6am (Must be 16 or older to start at 6am) or 7am(14 and 15 year olds may not start before 7am). Must be able to work outdoors in all elements to include extreme hot and cold temperatures, rain, sun, humidity, etc. Must have the ability to follow policies and procedures. Must be committed to providing excellent customer service. Must maintain a neat appearance, be well groomed, dressed in proper uniform, and handle self in a professional manner. Minors: May not operate any power equipment. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Hours: Hours vary. Morning availability only.

Job Summary:

To clean all outside areas of the Water Park and surrounding areas. Adherence to department policies and procedures. Complete job assignments to the best of your ability. This position will require both weekends and holidays.

Reports To: Director of Aquatics; Water Park Facility Manager

Physical Requirements: Contact Human Resources

Essential Functions:

1. Pan and broom trash and debris from grounds.
2. Hose the deck at the Water Park, front entrance, and surrounding areas.
3. Empty garbage.
4. Set garbage out for pick up.
5. Clean and sanitize trash container (wiping, scrubbing).
6. Pick up debris around:
A. Water Park fencing on the inside.
B. Water Park fencing on the outside.
C. All around the parameter of all of the fences next to the road.
7. Ensure privacy fencing is secured.
8. Perform landscaping throughout waterside of the park.
9. Rake grass areas.
10. Clean all signs on the waterside of the park.
11. Clean up all debris in the parking lot.
12. Report any maintenance issues such as property or equipment damage to your Director, Manager, or Team Leader.
13. All other duties assigned

Other Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
2. Report to and from work at assigned time.
3. Complete other duties as assigned.
4. Must be honest and reliable.
5. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
6. Adhere to dress code policy.
