Education and Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to perform basic math skills. Must be organized and detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be committed to providing excellent customer service in a professional manner. Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment and able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work various hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Summary: Assist or perform all duties related to the front office and/or ticket booth. Provide exceptional service to guests by assisting their needs.

Reports to: Office Coordinator and/or Office Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

Office Duties:

1. Follow proper office opening and closing procedures.

2. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

3. Must be able to handle multiple incoming phone calls.
> Answer phone after one ring if at all possible.
> Effectively answer customer service questions and/or direct them to
the proper personnel.

4. Must have working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Word
& Excel)

5. General office skills.
> Enter various files within system and input information.
> Ability to quickly learn Centre Edge Software Program.

> Proficient at keyboarding.
> Ability to file efficiently.

6. Working knowledge of office equipment.
> Copier, Scanner, Fax
> Adding Machine

7. Follow proper procedures for Group Sales (i.e. Corporate Picnics, Reunions,
Birthdays, etc.).
> Distribute and log out correct number of wristbands and/or coupons.
> Verify any changes on the invoice.
> Verify any monies collected.
> Verify reservation book.

8. Operate POS register.
> Basic math skills to count money and give correct change.
> Must be accountable.

9. Working knowledge of computers.
> Data Entry within various files
> Ability to quickly learn select programs within Center Edge Manager
software

10. Accurately complete various projects as assigned in a timely matter.

11. Excellent customer service.
• Handle yourself in a professional manner during office hours.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Must have a general knowledge of park.

Ticket Seller Duties:

1. Take control of money box and tickets/wristbands at beginning of shift.
• Verify money.
• Verify ticket and wristband number

2. Follow proper ticket booth opening and closing procedures.

3. Sell all-day fun passes.

• Effectively operate a POS register.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Band customers in a timely manner.
• Basic math skills to count money and give correct change.
• Must be accountable for money and tickets/wristbands.
• Correctly verifying various coupons (i.e. out of date coupons, amount of coupon, etc.).

4. Excellent customer service.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner; essentially, you are the first point of contact the guest has with the park.
• Must have a general knowledge of the park.
• Ability to understand and effectively answer general customer service questions.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.

2. Report to and from work at assigned time.

3. Complete other duties as assigned.

4. Must be honest and reliable.

5. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.

6. Adhere to dress code policy.
