a.i. solutions is looking for a highly-motivated Inventory Logistics Analyst to support operations at Kirtland AFB. The analyst coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet operational requirements. Plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements. Coordinates activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control. Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to embrace the a.i. solutions mission of always meeting customer requirements and usually exceeding their expectations.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implements packaging, handling, shipping & transportation methods to support maintenance items, spares, or new equipment deliveries, and for equipment items shipped to and from a warehouse as well as supporting storage containers
  • Performs independent work tasks in either receiving, storage, order selection or shipping to meet assigned requirements
  • Provides guidance and assistance to associates in accomplishing assigned work requirements
  • Assists with physical receipt of merchandise, accurate counting of items, completion of receiving worksheets and monitoring placement of put away tickets on items scheduled for movement
  • Accounts for the put away and replenishment of items to insure location/balance accuracy
  • Picks and moves order and will be responsible in meeting schedules to support missions, support test and verification events, and to insure programs are updated
  • Supports post-mission recovery tasks to include inventorying equipment, documenting deficiencies, and isolating material for further action to prepare for future missions
  • Participates in conducting periodic and special inventories
  • Ensures that assigned work areas are compliant in physical security policies to safeguard accountability of all property
  • Complies with established safety, security, fire prevention procedures and relevant directives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Currently possess an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
