a.i. solutions is looking for an energetic individual passionate about human dynamics in the workplace.  This individual must exhibit the commitment to “people first” and the tenacity in accurately following tasks through to completion while demonstrating resiliency in overcoming obstacles.  The Jr. HR Business Partner provides support and technical assistance in the delivery of benefit, payroll, training and Human Resources Information Systems related services to employees across a geographically and generationally dispersed organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to embrace the a.i. solutions mission of always meeting customer requirements and usually exceeding their expectations.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to the satisfaction of employees through an exceptional level of service in all forms of communication, deliverables, and engagements
  • Act as an expert “how-to” resource on all HR related systems, processes, policies and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, responding to employee communications in an accurate and timely manner, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Lead on-boarding activities, to include tracking completion of pre-employment requirements, and ensuring an optimal new hire experience
  • Lead Wellness initiatives to include the education, motivation, and engagement of employees
  • Administer various elements of the Performance Management process from creating/establishing goals through annual performance reviews
  • Support various Payroll administration functions; provide backup processing support as needed
  • Administer regulatory compliance measures, to include providing posters, notices, mailings and communicating company training requirements
  • Travel approximately 1-2 times per year, typically 2-5 days in duration

Minimum Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent years of experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
