What is the goal of this position?
This is a full time position in our court services department. As a Retrieval and Review Specialist you will need to quickly identify issues and think outside of the box to find solutions around them, using your team and your own abilities. You will work with
courts in several states via phone and web to obtain the current filing statuses for our customers.

You have well developed communication skills and are able to interact positively with individuals via phone, face-to-face and written words

You not only question insanity but also find viable solutions or alternatives to bring back sanity
And at the core… attention to detail (focus), assertiveness, consistency and timeliness are must have skills.
Prior experience in the legal industry and possibly in a call center environment is preferred. A communications degree is helpful.
