What is the goal of this position?
Create raving loyal fans out of what were formerly mere ABC customers by delivering accurate and timely solutions to any and all customer inquiries; requests, emails and phone calls.

How will you create raving loyal fans?
As a member of the frontline support team for ABC customers, you evaluate the customer issue and then determine appropriate resolution. You will also be encouraged to recognize, define and present process improvement options to the Customer Service Supervisor.

You maintain high performance expectations for yourself and your colleagues. Specialists use common sense to decipher what the Customer is requesting and make sound decisions to resolve the issues.
You have excellent Customer interaction skills with an emphasis on diplomacy, patience and excellent listening skills. These will elevate your success at creating raving loyal fans. You speak coherently cultivate good relationships for the team and the business. You communicate clearly and effectively in email correspondence – you find and fix your spelling and grammar issues. The ability to de-escalate tense situations on the phone and in email correspondence is paramount. We work in a high-speed/high-stress environment.
And at the core… attention to detail (focus), assertiveness, consistency and timeliness are must have skills.
Prior experience in the legal industry and in a call center environment is preferred. A communications degree is helpful.
